Pain in the left lumbar region:

  1. Diverticular diseases
  2. Constipation
  3. Irritable bowel disease

Pain in the right iliac region:

  1. Inguinal hernia
  2. Appendicitis
  3. Uterine fibroid
  4. Missed abortion

Pain in the hypogastric region:

  1. Menstrual cramps
  2. Urinary tract infection
  3. PCOD

Pain in the left iliac region;

This is similar to the pain in the right iliac region. But a proper consultation with a physician is required to confirm any disorder.
