Pregnant women
Must inclusions-
- Insurance details, forms of the hospital as well as birth plan (if you have any)
- 2 pairs of comfy, nonskid socks which can go waste (for walking hours in the lawn of the hospital, before and after delivery)
- A cozy robe to keep you protected against bad weather
- Maternity bras- without underwire- as well as sanitary pads… yes you need them anyway! The hospitals are going to provide you with it)
- Lip balms (the atmosphere in the hospitals is very dry)
- Personal belongings and toiletries – toothpaste, brush, hair brush, face wash, shampoo, moisturizer, deodorant and anything else)
- Eye glasses (if you wear one)
- Ponytail holder, hair bands (don’t bring clips, they’ll poke you)
- Pen and paper
- Mobile phone and charger, along with the number of friends and family members with prepaid calling cards

- Comfy home arriving attires in 6-month maternity size with flat footwear.
- Bathing towel ( the hospital will provide you with a small one)
- Hair dryer (you surely don’t want to keep your hair wet for quite long)
- Your soap, shampoo and heavy flow absorbent nursing pads (hospital will provide you with all the stuff, but bring it along with you, if you’re a little picky)
- Maternity underwear which may be disposable.
- A disposable night dress (you can use the one which the hospital provides you with)
- Breast pump (in case you want to use one)
- Light reading magazines (to keep yourself busy)
- Your MP3 decked with your favorite music
- Massage Oil, tennis balls or rolling pins
